Heel Hook
Inside and outside heel hooks from saddle, 50/50 and outside ashi garami. The highest-percentage finish in modern no-gi grappling.
Toe Hold
IBJJF-legal at brown belt and above. Devastating as a secondary attack when combined with knee bar threats from ashi garami.
Knee Bar

New technique breakdowns, drilling sequences and match analysis are added regularly as the academy grows. As a Founding Member you get early access to all new material as it drops.
Primarily intermediate to advanced — blue belt and above who already understand basic positions. If you have at least six months on the mats, you'll get value immediately.
All core technique videos are in English. Some community posts and parts of Q&A may include Czech, but the key content is accessible for international members.
